三维适形调强放疗联合口服阿苯哒唑对新疆大鼠继发性骨棘球蚴病的治疗作用

目的通过观察三维适形调强放疗(IMRT)及IMRT放疗联合阿苯哒唑对新疆大鼠继发性骨棘球蚴的治疗作用,探讨IMRT联合口服阿苯哒唑对新疆大鼠继发性骨棘球蚴病的治疗作用。方法选取成年股骨继发性棘球蚴病大鼠100只并随机分为2组,一组接受20Gy剂量的IMRT,另一组接受20Gy剂量的IMRT及口服阿苯哒唑(100mg/kg.d),3个月后活杀取材,取2组大鼠股骨棘球蚴包囊行HE染色、电镜观察后,TUNEL法定量检测棘球蚴包囊中凋亡的生发层细胞。结果 2组大鼠治疗后光镜、电镜下均可观察到大鼠股骨棘球蚴包囊的损伤,2组大鼠骨棘球蚴包囊中生发层细胞凋亡指数差异无统计学意义(t=0.193,P>0.05)。结论 IMRT对治疗继发性骨棘球蚴包囊有一定作用,阿苯哒唑对新疆大鼠继发性骨棘球蚴的治疗作用不确切。

Therapeutical effect of three dimensional intensity modulated radiotherapy combining with Albendazole on secondary bone echinococcosis of rats in Xinjiang

Objective To discuss the therapeutical effect of three dimensional intensity modulated radiotherapy combined with Albendazole on secondary bone echinococcosis of rats by observing the different therapeutical effects of three dimensional intensity modulated radiotherapy(IMRT) and IMRT combining with Albnedazole.Methods Select 100 adult rats with secondary echinococcosis and divide them into 2 groups randomly.The first group only accepted IMRT with a dosage of 20Gy,and the other group accepted IMRT with a dosage of 20Gy,as well as took Albnedazole(100mg/kg·d),and then killed them to obtain samples three months later.After conducting HE stain and electronic microscope observation to the echinococcus cysts of rats in both groups,detect the died cells in germinative layer quantitatively by TUNEL method.Results The rats in both groups presented damage in echinococcus cyst under light and electronic microscopes.The difference of cell apoptotic index between the two groups had no statistical significance(t=0.193,P>0.05).Conclusions IMRT had certain effect on secondary bone hydatid cyst,while the therapeutical effect of Albnedazole was not assured.
