| 摘 要： | 目的研究乌司他丁对慢性阻塞性肺疾病（COPD）患者血清IL-8及肺功能影响。方法慢性阻塞性肺疾病急性发作期患者随机分为两组,治疗组加用乌司他丁治疗,治疗前后观察血清IL-8、肺功能变化。结果两组治疗后均能改善血清IL-8表达,改善患者肺功能指标,且治疗组优于对照组。结论乌司他丁可显著抑制慢性阻塞性肺疾病急性发作期患者气道炎性反应并显著改善改善肺功能。 |

Effect of Ulinastatin on Serum IL-8 and Lung Function of Patients with Chronic Obstructive Pulmonary Disease |

| Abstract: | Objective To study the effect of Ulinastatin on serum IL-8 and lung function of patients with chronic obstructive pulmonary disease（COPD）.Method Randomly divide the patients of acute embittering COPD into 2 groups,the treatment group take add Ulinastatin,observe the changes of IL-8,lung function before and after treatment.Resuit After treatment.both groups were improved on lung function,also depress the expression of IL-8, but the treatment group is better than the control one.Conclusion Ulinastatin can markedly inhibit the local inflammatory course and improve lung function of COPD patients in the stage of acute exerbation. |
