中西医结合治疗小儿腹泻

目的观察小儿腹泻敷脐联合思密达口服对小儿腹泻的治疗效果及安全性。方法选取2013年4月—2013年12月间我院收治的腹泻患儿100例,随机分为观察组与治疗组,2组患儿均给予思密达口服治疗,观察组患儿加用小儿腹泻贴敷脐治疗,2组患儿均以治疗1周为1疗程,对比2组患儿治疗前后中医症候积分变化、治愈时间及临床疗效。结果观察组患儿治疗后主症积分、症状总积分改善显著优于对照组,组间比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组患儿治愈时间显著短于对照组,且治疗总显效率显著高于对照组,组间比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论小儿腹泻贴外贴联合思密达口服可有效改善腹泻小儿临床症状,缩短治愈时间,且无明显不良反应。

Therapeutic effect of the combination of Chinese and Western medicine treatment on infantile diarrhea

Objective To observe the therapeutic effect and safety of umbilical compression of infantile diarrhea and oral administration of smecta on infantile diarrhea. Methods A total of 100 children with diarrhea who admi tted in our hospital from April,2013 to December,2013 were enrolled in the study and randomized into the observation group and the control group. The patients in the two groups were all given smecta orally and the umbilical compression of infantile diarrhea was added to the patients in the observation group. They were all treated for 1 week as one course and the change of syndrome of Chinese medicine score,curing time,and clinical efficacy in the two groups before and after treatment were compared. Results The improvements of main symptom score and the total score of symptoms in the observation group after treatment were significantly superior to those in the control group,and there was a statistically significant difference between the groups（ P〈0. 05）. The curing time in the observation group was significantly shorter than that in the control group and the total effective rate was significantly higher than that in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant（ P〈0. 05）. Conclusions The combination of umbilical compression of infantile diarrhea and oral administration of smecta can effectively improve the clinical symptoms of infantile diarrhea,shorten the curing time,enhance the therapeutic effect and no obvious adverse reactions are observed.
