功能性消化不良中医体质分型与焦虑抑郁关系调查分析

目的调查功能性消化不良各中医体质类型与焦虑、抑郁的关系。方法采用王琦的标准化的9种中医体质量表对200例功能性消化不良人群进行调查,并进行焦虑自评量表(SAS)、抑郁自评量表(SDS)评分,以同期体检的健康患者200例作为健康对照组,分析各中医体质类型与SAS、SDS评分的相关性。结果 FD组SAS评分为(49.25±10.92)分,SDS评分为(40.08±7.01)分,均显著高于健康对照组(38.72±7.70,36.57±6.27);FD中医体质类型中气郁质的SAS及SDS积分均高于其他各证型(P<0.01)。结论 FD患者存在明显的抑郁、焦虑倾向,其中气郁质体质类型焦虑、抑郁更为显著。

Investigation and analysis of the relationship between anxiety and depression and TCM constitution classification of functional dyspepsia

Objective To investigate the relationship between different TCM constitutional types and anxiety,depression of Functional Dyspepsia. Methods 200 cases of functional dyspepsia were investigated by adopting Wang Qi＇s 9types of standardized TCM physical inventory. SAS and SDS were used to assess. 200 cases of healthy patients were in healthy control group as comparison. The correlation between different TCM constitutional types and the grade of SAS and SDS was analyzed. Results The grade of SAS in FD group is 49. 25 ± 10. 92 and the grade of SDS is 40. 08 ± 7.01. Both were higher than those of the control group（ 38. 72 ± 7. 70,36. 57 ± 6. 27）. The SAS and SDS score of Qi depression type in TCM constitutional types of FD are higher than others types（ P〈0. 01）. Conclusion FD patients have obvious tendency of depression and anxiety,while the type of Qi depression is more significant.
