龋源性与逆行性牙髓病的比较研究

目的：比较龋源性与逆行性牙髓病的异同，以有助于提高对它们的认识及其正确诊治。方法：通过收集200个龋源性和100个逆行性牙髓病牙的临床和病理资料，对它们的诊断及其发病特点进行对照比较分析。结果：两者所致的牙髓组织病理改变类同。其主要类型为牙髓炎症、坏死和退变。两者的临床与病理诊断的符合率也是相似的。但各有其发病特点。结论：认识龋源性和逆行性牙髓病的异同，有助于提高两者的临床诊治。

The comparative study of carious pulp disease and retrograde pulp disease

AIM:To compare the differences between the carious pulp disease and retrograde pulp disease.METHODS:The clinical and pathological data of the carious pulp disease from 200 teeth and retrograde pulp disease from 100 teeth were collected.Then,the comparative study was carried out according to the diagnosis and disease features.RESULTS:The pathological changes in dental pulp tissue from the carious pulp disease and retrograde pulp disease were the same.The main changes were pulp inflammation,pulp necrosis and pulp degeneration.Furthermore,the coincidence of clinical and pathological diagnosis between the carious pulp disease and retrograde pulp disease was similar,but the disease features were different.CONCLUSION:By comparing the carious pulp disease with retrograde pulp disease,it might be helpful for the diagnosis and the treatment of the two kinds of pulp disease.
