针灸结合牵引治疗腰椎间盘突出症68例分析

目的：探讨针灸结合牵引治疗腰椎间盘突出症的临床疗效。方法：68例腰椎间盘突出症患者随机分为治疗组32例,对照组36例：治疗组采用针灸结合牵引治疗,对照组采用物理牵引,两组均治疗两个疗程。结果：治疗组有效率93.75%,对照组有效率69.44%,两组之间疗效有明显差异（P〈0.05）。治疗后两组在疼痛程度、腰椎功能方面均有明显改善（P〈0.05）,而治疗组的改善程度明显优于对照组（P〈0.05）。结论：针灸结合牵引治疗腰椎间盘突出症有明显疗效,可以减轻疼痛程度,提高腰椎功能。

Clinical effect of treating lumbar disc herniation with acupuncture combined with traction

Objective To investigate the clinical effect of treatment of acupuncture combined with traction on lumbar disc herniation. Methods 68 patients with lumbar disc herniation were randomly divided into treatment group （32 cases） and control group （36 cases）,the treatment group treated by acupuncture combined with moxibustion traction,control group by physical traction. All the patients were treated for two courses. Results The effective rate in the＇treatment group was 93. 75%,while that in the control group was 69. 44%. There was significant difference between the two groups （P〈0.05）. After treatment,the pain,lumbar function were significantly improved （P〈0. 05 ）, and the treatment group improved significantly greater than the control group （P 〈 0. 05 ）. Conclusion Acupuncture combined with traction for lumbar disc herniation has significant clinical effect, which can reduce pain and improve lumbar function.
