湖北省2004-2010年病毒性肝炎报告发病分析

目的 分析湖北省病毒性肝炎的发病现状,为制定肝炎防制策略提供科学依据.方法 从中国疾病报告管理信息系统中搜集湖北省2004-2010年病毒性肝炎病例,结合同期人口学资料,采用spss统计分析软件进行流行病学统计分析.结果 湖北省病毒性肝炎的发病率从2004年的118.00/10万到2010年增加到145.71/10万,其中超过85％的肝炎病例是乙型肝炎;乙肝患者的男女比例达到1.70,远远高于全人群的男女比例;在研究期间,乙肝年平均发病率变化百分比为4.23％,同期的同一指标丙肝为28.78％;15岁以下乙肝发病的比例在2004-2010年间显著降低;人群中受到病毒性肝炎危害人数最多的是农民、学生和工人;疫苗在病毒性肝炎的防制中起到了非常重要的作用.结论 持续观察发病率的变化,深入研究和分析变化的原因,针对不同人群的危险因素确定病毒性肝炎进一步的防制措施.

Analysis of the reported incidence of viral hepatitis in Hubei(2004-2010)

Objective Epidemiological features of viral hepatitis in Hubei were analyzed to provide evidence for its control.Methods Viral hepatitis cases of Hubei province between January 2004 to December 2010 were collected from the ,integrated with the demographic data at the same period.SPSS soft was applied for statistical analysis.Results The incidence rate of viral hepatitis increased from 118.00/100 000 in 2004 to 145.71/100 000 in 2010,and more than 85% hepatitis cases were hepatitis B.The ratio of male/female hepatitis B patients was higher than 1.70.The average annual percentage changes in incidence rate were 4.23%.The same indexes for Hepatitis C were 28.78%.The percentage of patients under 15 years old declined significantly during this period.Farmers,students and workers were the main sufferers.Vaccination played an important role in virus hepatitis control.Conclusions To continuously notice the change of the incidence,analyze the cause of the change,and aim at the risk factors of the different group of the population,so as to develop strategy for hepatitis control.
