注射用纤溶酶联合阿司匹林治疗脑梗死的临床疗效

目的 观察注射用纤溶酶与阿司匹林（乙酰水杨酸）联合治疗脑梗死的临床效果。方法 对福建晋江市医院2011年1月-2012年12月收治的160例脑梗死患者（均发病后6 h以上入院，不适合静脉溶栓）随机分为2组。治疗组静脉滴注纤溶酶200 U加100 mg阿司匹林口服1 次/d，对照组仅口服相同剂量的阿司匹林，两组均常规口服20 mg阿托伐他汀1 次/d，共治疗2周。比较治疗前后血液流变学指标变化，以及治疗1个月、6个月后的预后。结果 治疗组肢体瘫痪较对照组明显好转，效果明显优于对照组，无明显病情加重病例。结论 注射用纤溶酶与阿司匹林联合治疗脑梗死，安全有效，值得推广应用。

The clinical efficacy of fibrinolytic enzymes combined with aspirin for cerebral infarction disease

Objective To observe the effect of injectable fibrinolysin and Aspirin (acetylsalicylic acid) in treatment of cerebral infarction. Methods Patients with cerebral infarction (160 cases) presenting more than 6 h after symptom onset from January 2011 to December 2012 admitted to Jinjiang Municipal Hospital were randomly divided into treatment group (injectable fibrinolysin iv ggt 200 U and acetylsalicylic acid po 100 mg) and control group (Aspirin po 100 mg). The patients in both groups were treated with atorvastatin (20 mg/d ) for 2 weeks. Results The patients in the treating group had better paralysis recovery than those in the control group. Conclusion The therapy of injectable fibrinolysin and Aspirin is effective and safe.
