| 摘 要： | 目的探讨鼻内窥镜鼻中隔矫正同时行鼻腔、鼻窦病变切除术后鼻腔填塞材料的选择。方法随机将137例行鼻内窥镜鼻中隔矫正同时行鼻腔、鼻窦病变切除的患者分成4组：凡士林油纱条组、Merocel高膨胀材料组、Merocel＋止血绫组、Rhino凝胶双气囊止血材料＋止血绫组，比较不同填塞材料在术后48h内、取出后的局部表现，并发症及远期影响。结果使用Rhino凝胶双气囊止血材料，Merocel膨胀材料并加用止血绫的两组术后临床表现、并发症及远期对上皮化的影响均明显优于凡士林油纱条填塞组，其中Rhino凝胶双气囊止血材料在止血方面更优于Merocel膨胀材料，不易形成鼻中隔~tflee，并易取出。结论Rhino凝胶双气囊止血材料＋止血绫这一组合是目前鼻内窥镜鼻中隔矫正同时行鼻腔、鼻窦病变切除术后较理想的填塞材料。 |

| Abstract: | Objective To discuss how to select appropriate nasal packing material following endoscopic nasal septum construction and rhinosinus surgery.Methods One hundred and thirty-seven cases undergoing endoscopic nasal septum construction and rhinosinus surgery were divided into 4 groups randomly: Vaseline gauze group,Merocel group,Merocel ASS group and Rhino ASS group.Reaction,complication and long-term curative effect were compared among the groups.Results Merocel ASS and Rhino ASS had great advantages in reaction,complication and long-term curative effect,and the hemostasis effect of Rhino ASS was better than Merocel ASS.By using Rhino ASS,hematoma of nasal septum was not easily formed and it could be removed easily.Conclusion Rhino ASS was an ideal packing material following endoscopic nasal septum construction and rhinosinus surgery. |
