| 摘 要： | 目的：建立脑得生片中川芎的质量标准。方法：采用薄层色谱法对片剂中的川芎进行了鉴别。结果：薄层色谱鉴别可检出样品中相应的薄层斑点。结论：方法简便,灵敏,专属性强,重现性好,可有效地控制制剂的质量。

| Abstract: | Objective:To establish the quality control standards for Rhizoma Chuanxiong in Naodesheng Tablet.Method.Rhizoma Chuanxiong in tablet was identified by TLC.result:The thin-layer spots from the samples can be obtained,conclusion.The method is simple,sensitive, specific and with a good reppearance,and can control the quality of the preparation validly. |
