针刺辅助米非司酮终止早孕对绒毛组织中一氧化氮合成酶的影响

摘    要:目的 探讨针刺辅助米非司酮终止早孕的机理。方法 将 5 9例自愿服药终止早孕的妇女 ,分为治疗组和对照组 ,治疗组在最后一次服药后 30 min给予针刺治疗。然后分别测定两组绒毛组织内一氧化氮合成酶 (NOS)活性。结果 治疗组绒毛组织内 NOS活性明显高于对照组。结论 针刺辅助米非司酮终止早孕可提高疗效 ,减轻防治其副作用的机理之一可能是通过进一步提高绒毛组织内 NOS活性 ,促进绒毛组织细胞变性坏死而提高流产率。

Abstract:Purpose To investigate the mechanism of acupuncture assisting mifepristone with termination of early pregnancy. Methods Fifty-nine women who were willing to take medicine for termination of early pregnancy were divided into a treatment group and a control group. The treatment group was given acupuncture 30 min after taking the last dose of medicine. Then chorionic NOS activity was determined in both groups.Results Chorionic NOS activity was significantly higher in the treatment group than in the control group.Conclusion Acupuncture assisting mifepristone with termination of early pregnancy can improve the curative effect. One of the mechanisms of reducing, preventing and treating its side effect may be increasing chorionic NOS activity further and promoting the degeneration and necrosis of chorionic tissue and cells,which raises the rate of abortion.
