低位三管引流法治疗直肠癌一期切除吻合术后吻合口瘘89例

目的观察低位三管引流对直肠癌一期切除吻合术后吻合口瘘的治疗效果。方法对89例直肠癌术后出现吻合口瘘的患者，采用低位三管引流（2根经肛肠腔内引流管及经肛旁骶前腔引流管）进行充分引流。结果89例直肠癌术后吻合口瘘患者中88例治愈，仅1例行肠造瘘。患者瘘后平均治愈时间为（24．8±11．4）天。结论低位三管引流对直肠癌根治术后吻合口瘘有明显的治疗作用。

Effects of Drainage by Three Lower Tubes upon Postoperative Leakage in 89 Patients with Rectal Carcinomas

Objective To evaluate the effects of drainage by three lower tubes upon postoperative leakage in eighty-nine patients with rectal carcinomas. Methods Drainage by three lower tubes（ two tubes were placed in intestinal eavity through annus and one tube was placed in the presaeral cavity） were applied in eighty-nine patients suffering from anastomotie leakage following rectal resection for carcinomas. Results Colostomy was carried out in only one patient. Eighty-eight patients recovered. Mean recovery time was （24.8 ± 11.4） d after anastomotie leakage. Conclusion Drainage by three lower tubes can exert satisfactory therapeutic effects upon postoperative anastomotie leakage in rectal eareinomas.
