新型自组装肽组织工程支架的研究进展

摘    要:
自组装肽组织工程支架是由互补的两性寡肽组成的纳米级并具有自组装特性的一类新型支架。其纳米级的微观结构与天然细胞外基质类似,这一特性使其成为一种真正的三维细胞培养支架。因此,这类支架具有一些其他支架所无法比拟的优势和特点。下面就自组装肽组织工程支架的结构、特点和应用作一综述。

Abstract:
Self-assembly peptide tissue engineering scaffold is a novel nano scaffold consisting of complementary amphiphilic oligopeptide which have self-assembly character.The nano microstructure of this kind of scaffold is similar to the natural extracellular matrix and this character makes it to be a genuine three dimensional cell culture scaffold.Therefore,this kind of scaffold has some incomparable advantages and characters with other scaffolds.The next context makes a review about the structure,character and application of the self-assembly peptide tissue engineering scaffold.
