磁显葡胺对椎管肿瘤MR增强作用

本文报道了椎管肿瘤３７例的ＭＲ增强结果，全部病例均经手术和病理证实。髓内肿瘤１８例，其中，星形细胞瘤１２例，室管膜瘤４例，血管母细胞瘤２例。髓外硬膜下肿瘤１４例，其中，神经纤维瘤１２例，脊膜瘤２例。硬膜外肿瘤５例，其中，脊膜瘤和哑铃状神经纤维瘤各２例，转移瘤１例。使用磁显葡胺ＭＲ增强后，所有肿瘤均有明显增强，均匀者２６例，不均匀者１１例。并对肿瘤形态、位置、大小、轮廓和结构等显示更精确，特别是对髓内肿瘤的实体与坏死、囊变、继发空洞等的鉴别，更有帮助。故采用磁显葡胺ＭＲ增强有助提高诊断水平，应列为常规扫描方法之一。

Gd-DTPA-enhanced MRI of Spinal Tumors

The manifestations of Gd-DTPA enhanced MRI in 37 cases with spinal tumors proved surgically and pathologically,were reported.This study included the following three types of tumors:(1)intramedullary tumors(2 astrocytomas,4 Ependymomas and 2 hemangioblastomas);(2)extramedullary intradural tumors (12 neurofibromas,2 meningiomas);and (3)extradural tumors (2 meningiomas,2 neurofibroma and 1 metastasis).our results showed that this contrast medium had good enhancement effects,including 26 cases with homogeneous enhancement and 11 cases with inhomogeneous enhancement.Gd-DTPA enhanced MRI is helpful in determining location,shape,size,margin and structure of Spinal tumors,especially in differentiating solid lesion from necrotic and cystic one of intramedullary tumors,and Syringomyelia.Therefore,authors suggest that Gd-DTPA enhanced MRI Should be the routine modality of choice in Spinal tumors.
