13例正常大小卵巢癌综合征的临床分析

目的探讨正常大小卵巢癌综合征的临床特点、诊断方法及治疗措施。方法回顾性分析2003～2008年经我院治疗及病理证实的正常大小卵巢癌综合征13例,大部分均最大限度切除肿瘤病灶,多数辅以多疗程联合化疗。结果除3例失访外,1例于术后34个月死亡,余下9例随访至2009年2月仍存活,为术后3～36个月。结论临床上遇到有卵巢正常大小,伴有与卵巢癌临床表现相同的综合征,但原发灶不明者,应高度警惕有正常大小卵巢癌综合征的存在,首选手术(剖腹探查或腹腔镜)明确诊断和治疗,术后辅以有针对性的化疗,可能获得较长的生存期。

CLINICAL ANALYSIS OF 13 CASES OF NORMAL-SIZED OVARY CARCINOMA SYNDROME

Objective To evaluate the clinical features,diagnostic and treating methods of clinical normal - sized ovary carcinoma syndrome（NOCS）. Methods 13 cases of NOCS which was confirmed by pathology and underwent treatment in our hospital from 2003 to 2008 were retrospectively reviewed. Most patients received relatively thorough surgical resection combined with multiple courses of adjuvant chemotherapy. Results 3 cases lose contact after operation. 1 case was died at 34 months later after operation. 9 cases still survive up to February 2009. They are surviving for 3 to 36 months up to February 2009 after operation. Conclusion If we meet with patients whose ovaries are in normal sizes and have the same clinical syndrome of ovary carcinoma but the origin is unknown ,we must pay great attention to NOCS. Operation is the first choice of diagnosis and treatment. Postoperative chemotherapy is essential to obtain longer survival time.
