| 摘 要： | 目的建立复方刺五加糖浆的含量测定方法。方法采用高效液相色谱法测定复方刺五加糖浆中紫丁香苷的含量。以甲醇-水（8：2）为流动相，以岛津VP—ODSC18柱（5μm4．6×150mm）为固定相，检测波长为265nm。结果紫丁香苷在0．0805～1．61μg范围内有良好的线性关系，r=0．9997。平均回收率为97．4％（n=6），RSD=0．55％。结论该法操作简便准确，可作刺五加糖浆中紫丁香苷的质量控制方法。

| Abstract: | Objective To study determination method of Syringin in Compound Ciwujia Syrup by HPLC. Methods Using VP-ODS C18 column（5 μm 4.6 ×150 mm） ,the mobile phase was methanol-water（ 8 ： 2） at the rate 1.0 ml/min, the wavelength of detector was 265 nm. Results The linear rang was 0. 080 5 - 1.61 μg（ r = 0. 999 7）. The average recovery was 97.4% （ RSD = 0. 55% , n = 6 ）. Conclusion The method is simple,rapid,reliable, it can be used for the quality control of Compound Ciwujia Syrup. |
