加减苍附导痰汤对痰湿阻滞型多囊卵巢综合征患者子宫内膜胰岛素及其受体作用研究

目的 探讨加减苍附导痰汤对痰湿阻滞型多囊卵巢综合征（PCOS）患者子宫内膜胰岛素及其受体的影响.方法 收集痰湿阻滞型多囊卵巢综合征患者30例为观察组,予加减苍附导痰汤治疗.连续治疗3个月经周期.对照组为输卵管性不孕患者30例.以免疫组化法检测治疗前后子宫内膜胰岛素（INS）及胰岛素受体（INS-R）的表达.结果 观察组治疗前INS-R的表达低于对照组（P＜0.01）,INS表达高于对照组（P＜0.01）;治疗后INS-R的表达升高（P＜0.05）、INS表达则下降（P＜0.05）,与对照组比较差异无统计学意义（P＞0.05）.结论 加减苍附导痰汤能升高痰湿阻滞型PCOS患者子宫内膜INS-R的表达,降低内膜局部INS的表达,有利于子宫内膜局部的糖代谢,改善局部胰岛素抵抗情况.

Study of Jiajian Cangfu Daodan Decoction on the Effect of Insulin and its Receptor in Endometrium of Patients with Phlegm Stagnation Type Polycystic Ovary Syndrome

Objective The effect of Jiajian Cangfu Daodan decoction on the expression of insulin and its receptor in endometrium of the phlegm stagnation type polycystic ovary syndrome （PCOS） was explored. Methods 30 patients with phlegm stagnation type PCOS were collected as observation group treated with Jiajian Cangfu Daodan decoction. The patients were treated continuously for 3 menstrual cycles. 30 patients with tubal infertility were assigned to the control group. The expressions of INS and INS-R in endometrium before and after treatment were assayed by immunohistochemical method. Results Before treatment, the expression of INS-R in observation group was lower than that in control group （P〈0.01）; while expression of INS was higher than that in control group （P〈0.01）. After treatment, INS-R expression increased （P〈0.05）; while INS expression decreased （P〈0.05）. There was no significant statistically difference between the treatment group and control group （P〉0.05）. Conclusion Jiajian Cangfu Daodan decoction could improve the INS-R expression in endometrium of phlegm stagnation type PCOS and decrease INS expression in endometrial local. It was benefit for the glucose metabolism in endometrial local and could improve insulin resistance status.
