| 摘 要： | 目的:观察氯沙坦治疗原发性高血压并高尿酸血症的降压和降尿酸作用.方法:68例原发性高血压并高尿酸血症患者,随机分为治疗组与对照组,观察给药前后血压和血尿酸变化.结果:两组均降压效果明显,治疗组能明显降低血尿酸,两组差异具有显著性.结论:氯沙坦降压同时可降尿酸. |

| Abstract: | OBJECTIVE To observe the effects of anti-hypertension and anti - trioxypurine in the treatment of essential hypertension. METHODS 68 patients with essential hypertension combined hyperuricemia were randomly divided into research and control groups to study the changes in Bp and blood trioxypurine before and after treatment. RESULTS Both the 2 groups had significant anti-hypertension and research group with significant anti-trioxypurine, and the comparison of the 2 groups showed significant difference. CONCLUSION Eprosartan has the effects of both anti-hypertension and anti-trioxypurine. |
