氟桂利嗪预防脑梗死再发298例临床研究

目的探讨加用氟桂利嗪预防脑梗死再发的临床效果。方法 298例脑梗死患者随机分为2组,均给予相同的基础治疗。观察组(n=150)再给予阿司匹林及盐酸氟桂利嗪;对照组则单用阿司匹林。比较治疗6个月后2组的总体疗效、血液流变学指标、不良反应及1年内的再发率。结果治疗6个月时观察组显效率显著高于对照组;观察组1年内脑梗死再发率明显低于对照组;2组患者治疗后血液流变学各项指标均较治疗前显著改善,而观察组改善情况显著优于对照组。随访1年,观察组不良反应发生率为11.3%,继续用药后逐渐消失。结论加用氟桂利嗪能显著降低脑梗死再发率,且不良反应轻微,值得推广。

Clinical study of flunarizine for preventing the recurrence of cerebral infarction in 298 patients

Objective To explore the clinical effect of the added flunarizine for preventing the recurrence of cerebral infarction.Methods A total of 298 patients with cerebral infarction were divided into 2 groups randomly,and were given the same basic treatment.Aspirin and flunarizine were then added in observation group(n=50) while single aspirin added in control group.Six months after treatment,the total therapeutic effects,hemorheology indexes,adverse reactions and reoccurrence rate within 1 year of two groups were compared.Results After 6-month treatment,the marked efficacy in the observation group was obviously higher than that in the control group.The reoccurrence rate of cerebral infarction within 1 year in the observation group was obviously lower than that in the control group.After treatment,various hemorheology indexes obviously improved in both groups,while the improving condition in the observation group was superior to that in the control group.With 1-year follow-up,the incidence rate of adverse reactions was 11.3%,and the reactions gradually disappeared after continuous administration.Conclusion The added flunarizine can conspicuously prevent the reoccurrence of cerebral infarction with slight adverse reactions.It’s worthy of popularization.
