| 摘 要： | 目的探讨MMP-14及CD44v6与结直肠癌临床病理因素的关系。方法对68例结直肠癌中MMP-14及CD44v6的表达进行免疫组化检测。结果MMP-14及CD44v6在正常肠黏膜组织及结直肠癌中的表达差异显著，不同性别及组织分型结直肠癌中MMP-14及CD44v6的表达无差异性，Dukes分期C-D期中MMP-14与CD44v6的表达明显高于A-B期（P〈0．05）。结论结直肠癌中CD44v6及MMP-14中表达的检测，对结直肠癌侵袭性和预后的评估有实际的临床意义。

| Abstract: | Objective To investigate the relationship between the expression of MMP-14 and CD44v6 with elinicopathologic features of eoloreetal carcinoma. Methods The expression of MMP-14 and CD44v6 in 68 cases of coloreetal carcinoma was detected by using SP immunohistochemical technique. Results The difference of MMP-14 and CD44v6 expression between colorectal carcinoma and normal colorectal tissues had statistical significance（ P 〈 0. 05 ）. The positive expression of MMP-14 and CD, v6 was correlated with Duke＇s stage （P 〈 0. 05） ,was no relationship with pathological types and sex. Conclusions The expression of MMP-14 and CD44 v6 had a close relationship with the invasion of colorectal carcinoma. Examination of expression of these two proteins may be helpful to judge biological behavior and prognosis of colorectal carcinoma. |
