| 摘 要： | 目的 观察化疗联用地塞米松及单独化疗前后恶性肿瘤患者外周血淋巴细胞亚群的变化及其临床意义。方法 利用流式细胞仪测定30例联用地塞米松化疗前后和46例单独化疗前后的淋巴细胞亚群及其活性。结果 联用地塞米松组化疗后CD8+、NK细胞差值下降明显(P<0.01),CD3+、CD4+差值无明显差异(P>0.05)。结论 地塞米松会加重化疗药物对恶性肿瘤患者细胞免疫功能的抑制作用。

| Abstract: | Objective To observe the change of peripheral blood lymphocyte subsets of the inpatients with malignant tumor before and after chemotherapy with dexamethasone and chemotherapy and its clinical significance. Methods Seventy - six patients were divided into two groups: thirty cases were treated with chemotherapy and dexamethesone, and fouty - six cases with chemotherapy. Lymphocyte subsets and its activity were determined by Flow Cytometry in these two groups before and after treatment. Results In the group of chemotherapy with dexamethasone, the difference of CD8+ and NK cells level decreased significantly(P < 0.01) ,and the difference of CD3+ and CD4+ cells level had no change ( P > 0,05) . Conclusion Dexamethasone enhances the suppression of cell immune function in patients with malignant tumor treated by chemotherapy. |
