| 摘 要： | 医疗保险制度改革关系到每一职工切身利益。实施医改以来，职工就医行为和医疗需求行为有何变化，本文试图从不同年龄职工对医改实施前后就医行为和医疗费用的变化进行研究，并提出相关建议。

| Abstract: | The reforms of medical insurance system have affected the interests of each employee greatly, which brought changes on medical demand of the employees significantly. The paper analyzed the changes of medical behaviors and medical expenditure between before and after medical insurance reform in town employees with different ages. Then, some useful suggestions were summarized. |
