| 摘 要： | 目的探讨舒适护理在数字减影血管造影室的应用。方法随机抽取2008年度的146例介入治疗病人作为观察组，开展“术前访视、术中评估、术后随访”的舒适护理模式。另选2007年度的138例介入病人作为对照组，应用常规护理模式，并发放焦虑自评量表（SAS）和患者满意度调查表进行评定。结果与对照组比较观察组在心理状况、舒适度、术后满意度均有明显改善。结论舒适护理提高了数字减影血管造影室的护理质量，增加了病人满意度。 |

| Abstract: | Objective To study the effectiveness of comfortable nursing care in DSA room,and put forward effective nursing approaches. Methods 146 patients were divided into the experiment group （ n = 146 ） and the control group （ n = 138 ） at random. Comfortable nursing care was applied in the duration of hospitalization in the experiment group, while routine nursing care was given in the control group, and satisfaction of patients was evaluated by SAS. Results Compared with the control group,there were marked improvment in degree of comfort and satisfaetion in the experiment group. Conclusion The comfortable nursing care play an important role in patients with interventional therapy. |
