| 摘 要： | 目的：探讨小儿烧伤患者家属心理健康问题与干预措施。方法：对32例小儿烧伤患者家属应用症状自评量表（SCL-90）及自编的一般情况调查表进行调查。结果：小儿烧伤患者家属的SCL-90除人际关系、敌对因子外,其余各因子明显高于国内常模,差异有统计学意义（P〈0.001）。结论：针对小儿烧伤患者家属心理健康问题提出相应的干预措施有重要的临床意义。 |

| Abstract: | Objective：Discussing the psychological health problem investigation about burns child patient＇s family member and intervention measures.Method：Using symptom checklist 90（SCL-90） and own creation＇s general questionnaire on burns child patient＇s family member for investigation.Result：Young burns child patient＇s family member＇s SCL-90＇s all factors except relationship and hostility are higher than domestic normal（P0.001）.Conclusion：To propose the corresponding intervention measures according to the psychological health problem of young burns Child patient＇s family member was very important. |
