高压氧与常规药物治疗突发性耳聋患者的效果比较

目的：比较高压氧与常规药物治疗突发性耳聋患者的临床效果。方法：将笔者所在医院收治的86例突发性耳聋患者随机均分为对照组与观察组，对照组采取单纯常规药物治疗，观察组在对照组基础上联合高压氧疗法进行治疗，对比两组疗效。结果：观察组治愈率为34．00％，总有效率为80．00％；对照组治愈率为18．37％，总有效率为59．18％，观察组总效率明显优于对照组俨〈0．05）。结论：高压氧联合常规药物治疗突发性耳聋可有效提高临床疗效，可于临床推广应用。

The Therapy Effect Comparison of Hyperbaric Oxygen and Conventional Drug for Patients with Sudden Deafness

Objective：To compare the clinical effect of the therapy of hyperbaric oxygen and conventional drug for patients with sudden deafness.Methods：Randomly and average divided 36 cases of patients with sudden deafness admitted to our hospital into the control group and the observation group, the control group took purely regular medication for treatment, on the basis of the control group, the observation was combined with hyperbaric oxygen therapy for treatment, compared the efficacy of two groups.Results：The cure rate of the observation group was 34.00%, the total effective rate was 80.00%;The cure rate of the control group was 18.37%, the total effective rate was 59.18%, the total efficiency of the observation group was significant better than the control group（P〈0.05）.Conelusion：Hyperbaric oxygen combined with conventional drug treatment for sudden deafness can effectively improve the clinical efficacy and be used in clinical application.
