中药结肠透析治疗新生儿黄疸400例疗效观察

目的：探讨中药结肠透析治疗新生儿黄疸的疗效。方法：将400例新生儿黄疸随机分成对照组和透析组。对照组采取传统方法干预治疗,透析组采取黄疸茵陈颗粒结肠透析。结果：透析组首次排黄便时间、黄疸消退时间、蓝光照射时间、胆红素峰值、住院时间均明显低于对照组（P〈0.05）。结论：结肠透析可使新生儿黄疸消退时间缩短,胆红素峰值降低,降低胆红素脑病的发病率,疗效显著,值得推广。

Clinical Observation on 400 Cases with Neonatal Jaundice by Traditional Chinese Medicine Colon Dialysis

Objective：To observe the clinical efficacy of combined a kind of traditional Chinese medicine with colon dialysis in treating newborn infants with jaundice.Method：400 newborns with jaundice were divided into two groups at random：the control group was in treat with the traditional way of intervention,while the dialysis group was in treat with Jaundice capillaries particles intervention.Result：Compared the first dejection time,the time of recovery from jaundice,the length for phototherapy,the peak value of total bilirubin and the patient＇s length of stay,which of the dialysis group were significantly lower than that of the control group.Conclusion：Colon dialysis leads to more quickly recovery from jaundice and a decrease in the peak value of total bilirubin,accordingly reducing the incidence of newborn bilirubin encephalopathy.It is worthy to be popularized for its distinct curative effects.
