| 摘 要： | 目的：研究综合护理干预对脑卒中患者生活质量的影响,并对康复效果进行评估。方法：将笔者所在医院2010年1月-2011年10月收治的98例脑卒中患者随机分为综合护理组和对照组,对照组采用常规护理措施,综合护理组则在常规护理基础上施行综合护理干预,采用国际普适生活质量量表（SF-36）进行评价。结果：综合护理组患者在接受护理干预后的生活质量明显高于对照组。结论：综合护理干预对脑卒中患者生活质量的提高及康复的效果作用显著,值得临床推广。 |

| Abstract: | Objective：To explore the effect of synthesized nursing of life quality of patients with stroke.Method：98 cases with stroke were classified randomly into synthesized nursing group and control group.The cases in the control group were given the conventional nursing while that in synthesized nursing group were given the conventional nursing as well as the synthesized nursing.The SF-36 was used to assess the life quality of the cases in the two groups.Result：The improvement of the life quality of the synthesized nursing group was obviously higher than that of the control group based on the SF-36.Conclusion：Synthesized nursing has obvious effect on the life quality of the patients with stroke,and it is recommended to be used widely in the clinical treatment. |
