妊娠期肝内胆汁淤积症对妊娠结局影响的临床分析

目的：探讨妊娠期肝内胆汁淤积症（intrahepatic cholestasis of pregnancy，ICP）妊娠结局与轻、重度分型的相关性。方法：回顾性分析2009年1月一2011年1月98例ICP患者及103例同期分娩的正常产妇的相关临床资料。其中ICP患者根据甘胆酸、总胆汁酸值等分为轻、重度两组。比较各组妊娠结局。结果：ICP患者的妊娠结局异常率较正常产妇高。重度ICP患者妊娠结局异常率较轻度ICP患者高。结论：ICP可导致妊娠结局异常，尤其是重度ICP。应加强对ICP患者，尤其是重度ICP患者的监护，及时终止妊娠，改善预后。对ICP患者进行轻、重度分型在临床诊断及治疗方面有指导意义。

Clinical Analysis of lntrahepatic Cholestasis of Pregnancy Effecting on Pregnancy Outcome

Objective：To study the relation of pregnancy outcome with gentle and severe intrahepatic cholestasis of pregnancy.Method：The relative clinical data for 98 cases of ICP patients from January of 2009 to January of 2011 and 103 cases of the maternal given normal childbirth over the same period were analyzed retrospectively.The ICP patients were divided into two groups according to the value of glycochohc acid and total bile acid, gentle and severe group.Result：Pregnancy abnormal rate of ICP patients was higher than the normal maternal, pregnancy abnormal rate of severe ICP patients was higher than gentle ICP patients after comparing the pregnancy outcome of each groups.Conclusion：ICP, especially severe ICP can lead to abnormal pregnancy outcome.Monitoring ICP patients, especially severe ICP patients should be strengthened.Their pregnancy should be timely terminated and prognosis should be improved. There is guiding significance on the clinical diagnosis and treatment that ICP patients are divided into gentle and severe types.
