| 摘 要： | 目的:探讨阶段式目标健康教育在母乳喂养产妇乳房护理中的应用效果。方法:将2010年6～12月100例产妇分为对照组,2011年1～6月100例产妇分为观察组,观察组产妇实施阶段式目标健康教育,对照组产妇采用传统的随机性健康教育。并对两组进行效果观察和统计分析。结果:观察组相关知识掌握率、乳房胀痛发生率、乳头皲裂发生率、纯母乳喂养率与对照组比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:阶段式目标健康教育可明显提高产妇健康教育质量,促进母乳喂养,有利于母婴健康。 |
