| 摘 要： | 目的:探讨神经内科脑卒中患者的焦虑和抑郁状态及护理干预措施.方法:对156例神经内科脑卒中患者使用Zung焦虑自评量表(SAS)和Zung抑郁自评量表(SDS),评估患者的焦虑和抑郁情绪状态,同时采用相应的护理干预措施.结果:焦虑发生104例,占72.22%;抑郁发生87例,占60.42%;年龄与焦虑成负相关,相关系数为-0.23(P＜0.05);护理干预后焦虑和抑郁发生率显著降低(P＜0.05).结论:脑卒中患者的焦虑和抑郁发生率较高,采取护理干预可降低其发生率,提高生存质量.
