三种方法治疗成熟型疣状胃炎81例疗效观察及护理

目的:探讨三种方法治疗成熟型疣状胃炎(VG)的疗效及护理方法。方法:将81例患者随机分为A组26例、B组27例、C组28例。A组予以常规抑酸治疗,B组予以常规抑酸+高频电凝术治疗,C组予以常规抑酸+高频电凝术+中药乌梅汤加减治疗。对三组中合并幽门螺杆菌(HP)阳性者均加用克拉霉素和阿莫西林对症治疗。治疗8周后,比较三组的疗效、治疗后症状(腹痛、腹胀、反酸)缓解情况、胃镜征象(充血、糜烂、疣状隆起)。结果:C组治疗方案能够明显改善患者的临床症状,减少并发症,疗效显著优于A组(P<0.01)和B组(P<0.05)。结论:常规抑酸+高频电凝术+中药乌梅汤加减的综合治疗方案具有提高临床疗效、减轻并发症、安全、疗效确切等优点,值得临床推广。
