尿道热敷对术后留置导尿管尿道刺激症状的影响

摘    要:
目的研究尿道热敷对术后导尿管刺激症状的治疗作用。方法将86例手术后出现尿道刺激症状的男性患者随机分为实验组和对照组,每组各43例。实验组给予解释及尿道热敷,对照组仅给予解释,记录并比较两种干预措施对尿道刺激症状的作用。尿道刺激症状完全消失为有效,否则为无效。结果实验组有效率高达69.8%,对照组有效率仅为16.3%,两者差别有统计学意义(P<0.001)。结论尿道热敷有缓解术后留置导尿管引起的尿道刺激症状的作用。

Abstract:
Objective To researching the treatment function of hot packs on urethra stimulative symptoms after operations.Methods Take 86 masculine patients as samples,who with urethra stimulative symptoms after operations.At random divide them into two groups-the experimental group and the comparison group,with each group of 43 examples.For experimental group,we give explanation and introduce the method of urethra hot packs.For comparison group,we only give explanation.We record and compare the treatment functions of two interventions measures at the same time.It is effective the urethra stimulative symptoms completely to vanish,otherwise is invalid.Results The validity rate of experiment group reaches as high as 69.8%,while the validity rate of comparison group only is 16.3%.The differences has provided with statistics significance(P<0.001).Conclusion The hot pack method proved highly effective on urethra stimulative symptoms induced by the carry-over ureters after operations.
