| 摘 要： | 脑卒中偏瘫严重影响患者的自理能力和生活质量,脑卒中偏瘫康复护理可以减少并发症的发生,促进患者运动功能的恢复,提高患者日常生活的活动能力,为患者回归社会创造了条件。该文就脑卒中偏瘫康复护理在康复护士角色、康复护理内容、康复评价和方法、时效、并发症的预防和护理方面的研究进展进行了综述。 |

| Abstract: | Hemiplegia affects patients' self-care ability and quality of life severesely.Rehabilitation nursing in stroke patients with hemiplegia can reduce complication,enhance recovery of motor ability and improve ability of daily life(ADL).In this paper,the progress of the role of rehabilitation nurses,content,assessment and methods,time and effect,prevention complication and nursing,have been reviewed. |
