重睑术同期改良Y-V成形术矫正内眦赘皮

目的：探讨一种简单有效的内眦赘皮矫正方法。方法：内眦赘皮采用改良Y-V成形术,即Y-V推进并切除两边的三角形皮肤。之后,根据新内眦位置行重睑术。结果：2007年8月～2009年10月共矫正40例患者,35例经3个月～1年半的初步随访,术后效果满意。术后1个月有5例出现内眦部增生发红,3～4个月逐渐软化消退。结论：采用重睑术同期改良Y-V成形术是矫正内眦赘皮的有效方法。这种方法既可充分的矫正内眦赘皮,又尽可能的减少了切口设计,避免了过大瘢痕的产生,值得研究推广。

Treatment of epicanthus with the modified Y-V Plasty and double eyelidplasty simultaneously

Objective To introduce a simple and effective method for correction of epicanthus. Methods Modified Y-V Hasty was used to correct the epicanthus,i.e.it was Y-V Plasty and incision of two triangle skins.After that, double eyelidplasty was done simultaneously. Resutlts 40 cases were treated with this method and 35 cases were followed up within the period of three months to one and a half years.The results were satisfying.During one month, redness in the incision occurred in 5 cases.But the redness was disappeared gradually in about three months. Conclusion This method was not only effective to treat epicanthus but also reliable to control the scar hyperplasia.
