| 摘 要： | 目的观察缬沙坦（血管紧张素Ⅱ受体拮抗剂）联合化疗治疗非小细胞肺癌的临床疗效。方法选择非小细胞肺癌病例共79例，分为缬沙坦联合化疗组40例（治疗组）及单纯化疗组39例（对照组），两组化疗均采用CAP，CE，MVP或NP方案，完成3个周期后作疗效评价。结果治疗组在生活质量、实体瘤疗效方面疗效均优于对照组（P〈0．05）；治疗组毒副反应发生率及体重减轻大多稍低于对照组，但无显著性差异（P〉0．05）。结论缬沙坦联合化疗治疗非小细胞肺癌能提高抗肿瘤作用，能有效改善临床症状，对单纯化疗有减毒增效作用。

Clinical study on combined medical chemotherapy with Valsartan in treatment of non-small cell lung cancer |

| Abstract: | Objective ： To study the clinical effecacy of combined chemotherapy with Valsartan in treatment of non-small cell lung cancer. Methods： 79 non-small cell lung cancer patients were chosen and divided into two groups treated in combined chemotherapy with Valsartan and simple chemotherapy respectively following CAP, CE, MVP or NP scheme. Efficacy evaluation was implemented after 3 treatment cycles. Results ： Life quality and entity tumor efficacy of the experimental group is better than the control group while weight change, toxic and adverse incidence is less than control group. Conclusion： Comparing with simple chemotherapy, combined chemotherapy with Valsartan can increase the anti-tumor effect and improve the clinical symptoms effectively. |
