复方丹参和六神丸联合治疗带状疱疹

目的　研究复方丹参和六神丸联合治疗带状疱疹的疗效。方法　对 1 999～ 2 0 0 2年我单位治疗的 1 2 0例带状疱疹患者的临床资料进行分析 ,随机分为治疗组和对照组 ,对照组病人给予常规治疗 ,治疗组病人在常规治疗的基础上给予复方丹参和六神丸治疗。结果　治疗组与对照组比较在止痛方面有显著性差异 (P <0 0 1 ) ,在脱痂、全病程方面也都明显优于对照组 (P <0 0 5 )。结论　复方丹参和六神丸联合治疗带状疱疹有确切疗效。

The Treatment of Herpes Zoster with Salvia Miltiorrhiza Compound and Liu-shen-wan

Objective To research the curative effect on curing herpes zoster with the combination of salvia miltiorrhiza compound and liu-shen-wan.Methods An analysis was made on the clinical data from 120 herpes zoster patients treated from 1999 to 2002,and a random classification among the patients was made in the treatment group and contrast group.The patients in contrast group were given usual treatment while those in treatment group were treated with salvia miltiorrhiza compound and liu-shen-wan besides usual treatment.Results Patients in treatment group had notable differences in analgesia (P<0.01),and the decrustation and the whole course of treatment were faster than those in contrast group (P<0.05).Conclusions There is a sound curative effect on the treatment of herpes zoster with the combination of salvia miltiorrhiza and liu-shen-wan.
