28例肺结核合并院内表皮葡萄球菌支气管肺感染分析

目的探讨肺结核合并院内表皮葡萄球菌支气管肺感染的临床特点和治疗方法。方法应用回顾性调查方法对1997年1月～2007年12月期间住院的28例肺结核合并院内表皮葡萄球菌支气管肺感染患者的发病及治疗情况进行总结分析。结果表皮葡萄球菌培养、药敏试验：对常规8种抗生素均耐药，仅对万古霉素敏感，治愈26例。结论长期使用抗生素扰乱机体的微生态平衡，易招致菌群紊乱，创伤性检查、治疗技术增加感染机会，宿主和病原体的变化也是造成医院内感染不可忽视的主要原因。

Analyses on 28 cases of pulmonary tuberculosis with hospital Staphylococcus epidermidis infection

Objective To explore clinical feature and treat method of bronchi-pulmo infection about pulmonary tuberculosis （TB） combined with Staphylococcus epidermidis （Se）. Methods To analyse morbidity and treat information of 28 cases of TB with Se infection during January 1997 to December 2007 in retrospective study. Results Se was drug fast to penicilin, oxacilin, aminopenicilin, gentami- cin, amikacin, chlormycetin, erycin and ambramycin, but sensitive to vancomycin. 26 cases of TB with Se were cured in our study. Conclusion In long-term use of antibiotics Mini-ecological balance was easy to be disturbed ; microbial population were easy disorder; infection probability added up after traumatic detection and treatment technic ; and the change of host and pathogen were also negligible causes of hospital infection.
