摘    要:
目的:研究平台转换连接种植体中基台的穿龈高度对皮质骨应力的影响.方法:利用Solidworks2007制图软件,模拟平台转换连接种植体—基台和Ⅱ类骨在基台不同穿龈高度时的模型,导入Ansys workbench11.0有限元分析软件,采用垂直和45°斜向2种方向加载,分析基台不同穿龈高度(0.75 mm、1.5 mm、3.0mm、4.5 mm、6.0 mm)时的应力分布,对结果用SAS8.2统计软件进行方差分析.结果:不同穿龈高度间皮质骨最大应力差异有统计学意义(P<0.05),当穿龈在3.0~4.5 mm之间时,最大应力值趋向稳定.结论:随基台穿龈高度增加,Ⅱ类骨皮质骨最大应力有增大趋势,但当穿龈高度在3.0~4.5 mm之间时最大应力几乎没有变化.

Abstract:
Objective: To exeplore the effect of abutments with different height through gingiva on the stress distribution of cortical bone.Methods: Using Solidworks2007 mapping software,we established the model of implant-abutment in type Ⅱbone area with abutments of different height through gingiva.The model was loaded vertically and 45-degree from the abutment using Ansys-workbench11.0 finite element analysis software.Then we analyzd the stress distribution on conditions of different abutment height through gingiva(0.75mm,1.5mm,3.0mm,4.5mm,6.0mm),The results were analysed with SAS8.2 statistical software using ANOVA.Results: The difference of the stress on cortical bone with different height of the abutment through gingival is significant(P<0.05).The maximum stress on cortical bone will remain in a steady state when the height of the abutment through gingival is 3.0-4.5mm.Conclusion: The maximum stress of cortical bone has an increasing trend as the increasing of the height of the abutment through gingiva.Yet the maximal stress will have little change when the height of the abutment through the gingival is 3.0-4.5mm.
