| 摘 要： | 目的 探讨 Y染色体特异基因座 DYS390在太原地区的多态性分布资料。方法 用聚合酶链反应 (PCR)扩增技术结合聚丙烯酰胺凝胶电泳 (PAGE)技术对 16 3例太原地区汉族男性群体 DYS390基因座等位基因频率分布进行了调查。结果 DYS390基因座观察到 6个等位基因 ,最高频率等位基因为 DYS390 * 2 3,基因多样性为 0 .70 5 8。等位基因频率分布与国内不同地区差异不明显 ,与白种人有明显差异。通过对最高频率等位基因 DYS390 * 2 3的测序分析 ,确认了基因座核心重复序列及重复数。结论 DYS390是 Y染色体上多态性较高的基因座 ,可广泛应用于法医学检案

| Abstract: | Objective To understand the genetic polymorphism and population difference of DYS390 locus on human Y chromosome.Methods Using polymerase chain reaction (PCR) and polyacrylamide gel electrophoresis the author investigated the alleles and haplotype distribution of 163 unrelated males from Taiyuan at Y chromosome specific loci DYS390.Results 6 alleles were found at the Y chromosome specific loci DYS390.The maximal altofrequent allele was DYS39023 and gene diversity value was 0.705 8.When compared with other populations,the data were similar to those calculated from other Chinese population but different from Italian population.Conclusion DYS390 has a high polymorphism and is very suitable to forensic analysis. |
