美罗培南治疗高龄重症呼吸道感染的临床观察

目的：探讨美罗培南治疗高龄重症呼吸道感染的临床效果，进一步指导临床治疗。方法：选取我院2010年1月～2012年1月之间收治的高龄重症呼吸道感染患者50例进行研究，采用美罗培南进行治疗，对治疗效果进行观察和分析总结。结果：本组50例高龄重症呼吸道感染患者，采用美罗培南进行治疗的总有效率为90％，取得了较为满意的临床治疗效果。结论：美罗培南治疗高龄重症呼吸道感染，具有确切的临床效果，且安全性高，值得在临床治疗中推广应用。

Investigate the Treatment of Elderly Meropenem Clinical Effects of Severe Respiratory Tract Infections

Objective： To investigate the treatment of elderly meropenem clinical effects of severe respiratory tract infections, and further guide clinical treatment. Methods： Our hospital from January 2010 to January 2012 between senior citizens were treated 50 patients with severe respiratory infections studied, using meropenem for treatment, the treatment effects were observed and analyzed and summa- rized. Results：The group of 50 cases of elderly patients with severe respiratory infection,the use of meropenem treatment , the total effec- tive rate was 90% , and achieved satisfactory clinical effect. Conclusion：meropenem treatment of elderly with severe respiratory infec- tions,with the exact clinical effect and safety , it is worth in the clinical treatment application.
