卡维地洛联合卡托普利治疗原发性高血压的临床观察

目的：对原发性高血压的临床治疗方法和治疗效果进行分析研究。方法：随机选择我院2010年4月-2012年4月原发性高血压患者160名,分成A、B2组,A组80名患者为对照组,行卡托普利治疗;B组80名患者为观察组,在A组基础上加卡维地洛进行治疗。结果：B组患者治疗后收缩压值、舒张压值均低于A组患者,患者头痛、心悸、气短等症状恢复效果优于A组,心率相比于A组较低,治疗效果优于A组。结论：卡维地洛结合卡托普利治疗原发性高血压,效果显著。
