| 摘 要： | 目的建立香砂脘痛胶囊质量标准。方法采用薄层色谱（TLC）法对香砂脘痛胶囊中木香、党参和郁金进行鉴别;采用高效液相色谱（HPLC）法测定香砂脘痛胶囊中芍药苷的含量。结果 TLC色谱中均能检出木香、党参和郁金;芍药苷在0.1296～2.0736μg范内呈良好线性关系（r=0.9999）;平均加样回收率为98.94%,RSD=0.81%（n=6）。结论本方法简便、专属性强、重现性好,结果稳定,可有效控制香砂脘痛胶囊的质量。

| Abstract: | Objective To establish the quality standard of Xiangsha Wantong Capsules. Methods The radix aucklandiae,radix codonopsis and radix curcumae in Xiangsha Wantong Capsules were identifiend by TLC; The content of paeoniflorin in Xiangsha Wantong Capsules was determined by HPLC. Results The radix aucklandiae,radix codonopsis and radix curcumae were both detected in the color spectrum of TLC. The linear correlation was good （r=0.9999） when the content of paeoniflorin was in 0.1296～2.0736 μg. The average sample recovery was 98.94% ,RSD=0.81% （n=6）. Conclusion The method is simple,specific,reproducible,stable results,It can effectively control the quality of Xiangsha Wantong Capsules. |
