思密达防治阿奇霉素胃肠道不良反应的临床观察

目的探讨思密达治疗阿奇霉素胃肠道不良反应的临床疗效效果。方法选取在本院进行治疗的96例患者,对照组静脉滴注阿奇霉素25～35mg/（kg·d）加入到10%的葡萄糖溶液300～500ml中,控制滴速为1.2ml/min,1次/d;观察组在滴注前30～40min服用思密达,观察两组患者在治疗后的胃肠道的反应。结果对照组的胃肠道不良反应率为85.42%,明显高于治疗组的45.83%,两组相比,差异有统计学意义（P〈0.05）。结论思密达能够有效的减少阿奇霉素所致的胃肠道的不良反应,值的在临床上推广使用。

Smecta prevention and treatment of gastrointestinal side effects of azithromycin clinical observation

Objective To investigate the effect of Smecta the clinical efficacy of the treatment of azithromycin gastrointestinal adverse reactions. Methods In our hospital for the treatment of 96 patients,the control group intravenous azithromycin 25～35 mg/（kg·d） was added to a 10% glucose solution of 300-500 ml,control drip rate 1.2 ml/min,one day; observed 30～40 min infusion before taking Smecta,the reaction in the gastrointestinal tract after treatment were observed. Results The control group of gastrointestinal adverse reactions was 85.42% ,significantly higher than 45.83% of the treatment group,compared the two groups, with a significant difference （P0.05）. Conclusion Smecta can effectively reduce gastrointestinal adversereactions due to azithromycin values used in clinical practice.
