针刺穴位治疗脑卒中痉挛性偏瘫的效果观察

目的探讨针刺穴位治疗脑卒中痉挛性偏瘫的康复效果。方法 120例脑卒中痉挛性偏瘫患者随机分为观察组和对照组,两组均给予常规康复治疗,观察组加用针灸治疗。结果经过治疗,观察组各项康复指标评分均显著好于对照组（均P〈0.01）。结论在常规康复治疗的基础上,结合脑卒中痉挛的原因和特点,加用局部和整体针刺穴位相结合的治疗方法,可以达到更好的康复效果,值得临床考虑。

The rehabilitation effects of acupuncture therapy used for spastic hemiplegia induced by stroke

Objective To explore the rehabilitation effects of acupuncture therapy used for spastic hemiplegia induced by stroke. Methods 120 cases of patients with spastic hemiplegia induced by stroke wererandomly divided into observational group and control group. Two groups were given routine rehabilitation therapy; the acupuncture therapy was added to observational group. Results After therapy,the each rehabilitation index in observational group was significantly better than that in control group （all P 0.01）. Conclusion On base of routine rehabilitation therapy, according to cause and character of spastic hemiplegia induced by stroke, adding to acupuncture therapy that combined with the parts and the whole, can reach up to better rehabilitation effects, so it deserved in clinical work.
