| 摘 要： | 目的 探讨胆总管囊肿的诊断与外科治疗。方法 总结1992-1997年胆总管囊肿15例的外科诊断和治疗方法。结果 胆总管囊肿的临床表现均不典型,上腹痛为最多见。其中B超为首选的检查方法,确诊率较高,有极高的临床价值。本组男3例,女12例,以女性多见,年龄13-44岁,以儿童多见。所有病例均行肝管-空肠Roux-en-Y吻合术,效果满意,结论 B超为诊断本病首选的检查方法。囊肿切除 肝管空肠吻合为本病的首选术式。

| Abstract: | Objetive To investigate the method of diagnosis and surgical management for choledchal cyst.Methods From 1992 to 1997,15 case patients with Choledochol cyst were summarized.Results The clinical features were irrepresentive,epigastic pain was the most common.Ultrasonography was the preferred examination,it's diagnosis rate was obvious high,and provided clinic value.This group included 3 males and 12 females from 13 to 44 years old,infants and females were majority refered to.All cases treated with excision of the choledochol cyst and Roux-en-Y choledochojejunostomy.Conclusion Ultrasonography was the prefered methods in the diagnosis of choledochol cyst.Excision of the choledochol cyst and Roux-en-Y choledochojejunostomy were the first choice operation in surgical treatment. |
