消旋卡多曲颗粒联合蒙脱石散治疗婴幼儿轮状病毒肠炎疗效观察

目的:观察消旋卡多曲颗粒联合蒙脱石散治疗婴幼儿轮状病毒肠炎的效果。方法:72例患儿等分为3组,一组患儿服用消旋卡多曲颗粒,另一组患儿服用蒙脱石散,第三组患儿服用消旋卡多曲颗粒加蒙脱石散,观察3组患儿大便性状、次数恢复正常的时间,72h大便量及腹泻持续时间。结果:3组间比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.01),服用消旋卡多曲颗粒加蒙脱石散组患儿治疗有效率最高。结论:消旋卡多曲颗粒联合蒙脱石散治疗婴幼儿轮状病毒肠炎疗效肯定,值得临床推广使用。

Curative effect of racecadotril combine with montmorillonite on rotavirus enteritis in infant

Abstract Objective：To observe the effectiveness of racecadotril combine with montmorillonite on rotavirus enteritis in infant. Methods ： There were 72 infants with rotavirus enteritis who had been divided into 3 groups,one group was given racecadotril,the other group was given montmorillonite,the third group was given racecadotril combine with montmorillonite,we observed the time their stool property and frequency anastated to normal ,the weight of stool in 72 hours and persistence time of diarrhea. Results ：There was statistical significance in the differences of three groups(P＜0.01). The group who was given racecadotril combine with montmorillonite won the highest effective power. Conclusions ：We confirmed a good Curative effect of racecadotril combine with montmorillonite on rotavirus enteritis in infant, it worth to extend and apply in clinical work.
