参麦注射液对冠心病患者游离脂肪酸水平的影响

目的：探讨参麦注射液对冠心病患者游离脂肪酸水平的影响,观察其是否具有心肌保护作用。方法：将冠心病患者124例分为试验组64例（非糖尿病患者26例,糖尿病患者38例）,对照组60例（非糖尿病患者22例,糖尿病患者38例）,2组患者均予常规治疗,试验组在此基础上加用参麦注射液治疗,疗程14天,测定治疗前后患者血脂、高敏肌钙蛋白及游离脂肪酸水平。结果：试验组患者血脂水平与对照组比较差异无统计学意义（P〉0.05）,但高敏肌钙蛋白及游离脂肪酸水平下降明显（P〈0.01）.结论：参麦注射液可明显降低冠心病患者游离脂肪酸、高敏肌钙蛋白水平,保护心肌细胞。

Effects of ShenMai Injection on the Level of Free Fatty Acids of CHD Patients

Objective： To observe whether Shen Mai injection owns the function of myocardial protection by exploring the influence of Shen Mai injection on the level of free fatty acids（FFA）. Methods： All 124 patients were divided into 64 cases of the test group（26 patients of nondiabetic group, 38 patients of diabetic group） and 60 cases of the control group（22 patients of nondiabetic group, 38 patients of diabetic group）. Both groups received routine treatment, the patients in the test group were given with Shen Mai injection, one course of the treatment was 14 days.The levels of FFA, high-sensitivity troponin and blood lipid were measured before and after treating. Results： There was no difference in the level of blood lipid when the test group was compared with the control group（P〉0.05）, but high-sensitivity troponin and FFA were decreased significantly（P〈0.01）. Conclusion： Shen Mai injection could protect myocardial cells, significantly lower the levels of FFA and high-sensitivity troponin.
