康妇宁合剂对围绝经期综合征大鼠β-内啡肽的影响

摘    要:[目的]探讨康妇宁合剂对去势大鼠β-内啡肽(β-EP)的影响,揭示其防治围绝经期综合征的作用机制。[方法]建立大鼠去势模型,放射免疫、荧光光度法检测大鼠下丘脑、垂体及血浆β-内啡肽(β-EP)的变化。[结果]康妇宁合剂能提高围绝经期大鼠血浆、下丘脑、垂体中β-EP含量,并能提高大鼠血清E2水平。[结论]康妇宁舍剂通过调节神经-内分泌紊乱状态,改善肽类神经功能,维持机体内环境相对稳定。

Abstract:[Objective] To discuss the effect of Kangfuning Mixture on castrated rats' β-endorphin(β-EP), exposing its mechanism in preventing and treating peri-climateric period syndrome. [Method] Establish castrated rats model, test rats' changes of hypothalamus, hypoplysis and β-EP with radioimmuno method and fluorospectrophotometry. [Result] Kangfuning Mixture can increase the content of β-EP in plasma, hypothalamus and hypoplysis of rats in peri-climateric period, also the level of serum E2. [Conclusion] Through regulating nerve-incretory disorder, Kangfuning Mixture can improve peptide nerve function and maintain relatively stable internal environment of organ.
