参麦注射液对脑缺血再灌注后肺损伤大鼠血浆ET-1的影响

摘    要:
目的:观察参麦注射液对脑缺血再灌注后肺损伤大鼠血浆ET-1水平的影响。方法:本实验采用40只w istar大鼠,雌雄各半,随机分为4组:正常组(空白组)、缺血再灌注组(模型组)、参麦+缺血再灌注组(参麦组)、丹参+缺血再灌注组(丹参组),观察脑缺血2h,再灌注4h后,各组动物肺组织病理、动脉血气分析及血浆中ET-1含量的变化。结果:模型组肺组织出现明显的病理损伤,参麦组和丹参组肺损伤均明显改善。模型组PO2明显低于空白组,参麦组与丹参组PO2均显著高于模型组。模型组ET-1含量明显高于空白组,参麦组、丹参组明显低于模型组,参麦组与丹参组比较,血浆ET-1含量明显降低,有显著性差异。结论:脑缺血再灌注可导致大鼠急性肺损伤,参麦注射液和丹参注射液均能改善肺损伤,可能与改善血管内皮功能有关,并且以参麦注射液作用较佳。

Abstract:
Objective :To investigate the protective effects of Shenmai injection on lung injury induced by cerebral ischemia -reperfusion in rats based on the changes in endothelin-1. Methods:The wister ratswere divided into modelgreup (MG) ,eon-trolgroup(CG) , Red Sage Root(RIG) , Shenmai injection group(SIG) ,The pathological change in pulmonary tissue,the lung function including P( O2 ) ,P( CO2 ) , the contents of were endothelin in plasma were observed in all the rats which were subject 2 hours cerebra/ ischemia then reperfusion for 4 hours. Results : Pulmonary injury was obvious in MG,but it was obviously improved in the SIG and RIG. The P(O2) MG was lower obviously than that in CGand the SIG and RIG. The content of plasma endothelin-1 were lower in the SIG and the RIG than in the MG. Conclusion : Pulmonary injury can be induced by cerebral ischemia reperfusion in rats, which can be improved by the use of Shen mai injection and Red Sage Root injection, and the Shenmai injection was better one. One of the protective effect may be related to reduce the content of endothelin-1.
