参芪扶正注射液联合化疗治疗晚期结直肠癌疗效观察

目的观察参芪扶正注射液联合FOLFOX4方案治疗晚期结直肠癌的效果。方法36例患者随机分为治疗组22例和对照组14例,两组均应用FOLFOX4方案化疗,治疗组同时加用参芪扶正注射液。结果治疗组有效率为36.4%,对照组为35.7%(P>0.05);治疗组体重增加、Karnofsky评分提高均高于对照组(P<0.05);治疗组Ⅱ度以上白细胞下降发生率较对照组低(P<0.05)。结论参芪扶正注射液联合FOLFOX4方案能提高晚期大肠癌患者生活质量,具有一定的减毒增效作用。

Observation of efficacy of Shenqi Fuzheng injection combined with chemotherapy in treatment of advanced colorectal cancer

Objective To evaluate the efficacy of Shenqi Fuzheng injection combined with FOLFOX4 in treatment of advanced colorectal cancer.Methods Thirty-six patients were randomly divided into treatment group(n=22) and control group(n=14).The treatment group was treated with Shenqi Fuzheng injection and FOLFOX4.The control group was treated with FOLFOX4 only.Results The overall response rates were 36.4% and 35.7% respectively in treatment group and control group(P>0.05).There was difference in improving the quality of life and reducing the toxicity of chemotherapy between the two groups(P<0.05).Conclusion The Shenqi Fuzheng injection was quite effective in improving life quality and combination of Chinese medicine and FOLFOX4 had better effect on advanced metastatic colorectal cancer.
